How do I get to the fan oven element on a Belling Range cooker?

My oven no longer heats up. I have a Belling Range cooker and the fan comes on, the stat light comes on and the oven light comes on so I'm hoping it's either a loose connection or the element has failed. Do you know how to get to the element? Is it from inside the oven, underneath or at the back?

I don't have the model number with me but its the type where it has a grill top left, fan oven bottom left, normal oven top right and plate warmer (that we never use) bottom right. In fact, we never use the normal oven (except for last night) so I wonder if I could just swap the elements to test the theory?

Any help appreciated.
Thank-you.
