How can I remove my Moffat Module 61 Hob without damaging the worktop?

How do I remove my Moffat Module 61 from my worktop without damaging the existing worktop so that I can fit a replacement? What fixing screws need to be removed ? I can see two screws vertically fixed to the steel tray. They are proving difficult but if removed will the hob disengage from the steel tray? The steel tray is fixed I believe to the worktop by horizontally placed screws. Forcing the steel tray will damage the worktop I fear.

There are two round-head cross-head screws, on diagonally opposite burners. These are not the ones next to the igniters and the other burners don't have them. Unscrew these, then slide the top away from the control knobs and lift up. If you find out where to get some new sealing strip, let me know!

I think if you take those two screws out Arthur the hob should be loose enough to see where you go from there. As long as you are careful you should be ok.Somewhere on the supply there should be a gas isolation tap so turn that off first and then you wont be too worried about leaks.
