weedeater fl 20 stops running after 10 seconds?

the weedeater stops running after about 10 seconds, it will then start after 4-5 pulls and run for about another 10 seconds. It has new gas.

mine does the same thing all of my fuel lines are cracked in the tank & outside - gets just enough fuel to run a few seconds. while taking them apart I goofed up the where they went because the lines just crumbled. I'm looking for a diagram any ideas? Cesar
