Baxi 105e no pressure on gauge?

Please help! recently moved house. Boiler works initially had a slight drip which now seems to have stopped. But there is no pressure on gauge ( label says should be 0.5 to 2.5) and also upstairs radiators are only half full. have tried bleeding radiators but has no effect.
Any ideas? Baxi model 105e

the presure should be just over one bar when the system is cold

there should be an external fill loop just under the boiler depending on who instaled it it is usualy a flexible pipe withy a tap on ether one or both ends

when you blled a radiator you must top up the presure at the same time as bleed a rad wil cause the presure guage to fall
