When I use shift + @on my pc, it Shows as " How do I fix it

I had this problem and found that I had set the keyboard up for US English instead of English English. I believe on American keyboards the "at" symbol is switched with ", so is on key Shift+2. Your computor should show EN on the taskbar along the bottom of the screen.

Your keyboard is set for the american one.
Go to control panel, Regional and language in there choose your country and delete the american one.
Make sure to go through all the tabs as you have to change the language settings twice.
