craftsman wont cut?

idle seems to run perfect, not sure what the H and L adjustments for or how to adjust , do you need a special tool thanx

H= high engine speed & L=low engine speed (Tickover) - use a small screwdriver (flat head) and normally turn the screws in to weaken the mixture.
the chainsaw will stall if the L adjuster is screwed all the way in, you are looking for the fastest tickover then turn a half turn out - then adjust tickover speed with the non marked adjuster, High speed is adjusted by using high revs, turning the adjuster in until the engine revs really freely and too high then turn the screw out until a slight engine burble is heard - this is the word of the chainsaw - thanks be to God!!
