transit rear wheel drive 2001 crunches when selecting fourth,clutch seams good and all other gears are great if i dip the clutch and force it into fourth and hold it hard and let the clutch up in stays in without crunching..someone help please

the front trumpet housing could be loose. this is the sleeve that the release bearing slides on.
