May be a blockage or something stopping the rotor from turning. Remove the basket. Then remove the mesh filter plate. You will then see the rotor. Turn the lock ring until you can lift the rotor out. Clean it and any dirt in the opening. Put it back & turn lock ring to lock it in. Put mesh filter back & basket then try it to see if it drains. Failing that the rotor may be faulty & need replacing. To check rotor swap rotor with one from bottom drawer. If it now drains then buy a new rotor,
