Recently, my C743 Kodak Easy Share camera will not open, even though I have put in new batteries. I have tried using the rechargeable and also the lithium batteries that do not need charging. Nothing works, and the camera lens will not open. I can print pictures when it is docked on Kodak Easy Share G600 dock but that is all I can do. This camera is about a year old and worked perfectly until recently. The place where I get the batteries felt there was a problem within the camera and not a battery problem. Can you help me? I want to email the pictures I took before the problem occurred but cannot do this either.
