Hi Pete, with the engine cold, remove the cap on the expansion tank,fill the tank to the MAX level, run the engine at a high idle speed until it gets to normal temp with the heater selected to full heat then leave it to run for another 10~15 mins this should "burp" any airlock out, refit the cap and run for 10 mins, then switch off and leave the engine to cool, when cold check the fluid level and top up if required
