my cam is a dexxa cam when it is on it is too dark i dont have the instructions for it but it is driving me mad trying to fix it please help thank you

i have the same problem i have usb camera which is 5.0 pixels..ughhh it wont work on my website its too dark but wen i use yahoo messenger,stickcam and camfrog..it works good and not dim..
