renault scenic 1.9D dCi JA05 Cam sensor fault code?

Hi, replacing broken cambelt on above car...but it won't start:-(
please can anyone tell me what a diagnostic reading of 'cons' on the cam sensor means for this engine JA05.
I can only get spec sheet & diagrams for earlier model (JA1) which show incorrect set up for cambelt on JA05 engine. So if you are able to provide the correct instructions\diagrams for fitting cambelt, these would be a great help!
All other sensor readings are ok, but it won't start. Don't know if there was any valve or other damage when cambelt broke, which this cam sensor reading might be indicating. Thanks

if you suspect a possible broken cam. then you should also suspect possible valve damage, removing the cam cover will answer this issue. if the cam is broken then there theirs a strong pobability that there is further damage to the valve train espacially if the car was being driven when the damaged occured.

Apologies, the details provided in this question are not right, I'm writing it for Phil, who is busy trying to fix it...
Correct details:-
Auxillary belt replaced, not cambelt. Aux belt caused timing to go out when it broke, and problem is trying to re.-time engine. Still wonder about possibility of damage (poss broken camshaft?), but don't want to remove head unless necessary
