how to adjust drum brakes/hand brakes ford transit 1985?

cannot seem to find any adjustment for rear drum brakes or hand brake adjustment on 1985 transit ( 2000 cc motor) Is there any and how?

hex bolt on cable where it meets the cable to hte drums-just in fron of the diff, slaken nuts-one is french thread..wind up bolt.. sorted.must have been done befire on a 22 year old van..
