there was water collecting on the shelves inside the fridge and now it's defrosted but the freezer is fine.anti bacterial filter was changed.

mary, check your thermistat is not set too low. no . 0 to 7 . 0= off , 7 = coolist temp available. should be around 3/4 . check door seal is not damaged, causing air ingress. this will keep thermistat calling for cooling. allso check internal drain hole is not blocked.
