I sent my ghds back a week ago and not heard anything at all, i know they were delivered as they went recorded delivery. Its only been a week but these straighteners were only 6 weeks old when they went on fire and i would like to speak to someone.

i ordered some back in september they arrived in october and stopped working on the 10th december, ive tried emailing them but no one has come back to me....i do think it is a illegal site..
