How do i fix my immobiliers on my citroen saxo/ or bypass it?

my immobiliser will not except my code i had used it 10 min prior to this fault happening and iam completely confused as to how it has changed itself, if i can get a new control pad or fix this one i would really appreciate the help?

once you start the car, disconnet the key pad and you dont have to keep keying in code, it bypasses it
