How can I fix my Brother XL2010 sewing machine?

I need help with a Brother XL2010 sewing machine. The needle will not pick up the thread from the bobbin.
Can you help me fix it?

Try a new needle first if that does not work you will need to retime the machine, if you email me below I will attach instructions.
