As I am using my TX400 is stops and I get a code 4 on it. When I turn it off and then back on, it starts up again, but then I get the code 4 again. How do I fix this?

This code means the incline moved without a command you will need to call customer support at the 1-800 number in your owners manual to repair this problem it could be a simple manual fix for the incline you need to check your incline adjusters located on the bottom of the treadmill and make sure they are both in the same position if not adjust to the same position if this is not the problem call customer service
