How can I mend my Citroen?

My Citroen Xsara HDI 2004 estate, has a heater problem.The blower is full on , no matter what position the switch is in. The temperature and direction controls are fine, its so noisy and doing my head in. Any suggestions please?

Sounds like the speed switch has gone, could do with trying another in it, any friends with a citroen / peugeot?
