the tablet I'm using is not melting down ?

Hello,

My Miele Model G645SCI plus has a problem. Everytime I want to use it I notice that the tablet (product) is not melting down. Does somebody know what the problem is ?

check the spray arm holes are clean and not blocked.if all else fails put the tablet directly on to the filter in the bottom
