How do I remove a fuse from a Fiat Brava?

I have the panel removed. I know which fuse I need to change. I just can't get the fuse out. What do I need to do to pop it out. Cheers.

Flat head screwdriver. Just pop underneath by a few millimetres then heave it forward slowly.
