Why does [packet food have moisture inside when left in fridge?

I have 12+mth old fridge freezer(sidexside)Zanussi.Since new it has always had the same problem.I put packet meats in or I wrap food in plastic bags and when I take it out it is always wet inside. When it was delivered new I asked the guy delivering it whether I should wait a while before using he answered in the negative,I have had the engineer from Zanussi to it and he gives it the OK but I think there is something wrong and I should not have this problem. I have changed the setting between 3 and 5 but it makes no difference.HELP

moisture does form inside plastic wrapped food in a fridge.when you open the door warm air rushes in to the fridge compartment, then you shut the door and it starts to cool, then you open it etc etc.each time temperature changes and food temp goes up and down slightly causing condensation and hence you have your moisture.put holes in bag so food inside can breath and it will help stop moisture building up so much
