The freezer on this model is working fine (only had the fridge freezer for about 4 years) however, the fridge has packed up! Think the thermostat may have gone as it just started to warm up overnight. At the moment we have all our food in a bin outside to keep it cool! Can anyone tell me how this can be mended or if we will need to purchase a new fridge freezer??

Empty the whole thing & leave doors open. Leave alone for 48 hrs then switch on again. Problem caused by frozen freezer element in freezer behind rear panel that also cools the fridge. A bit like leaving the doors open in an air conditioned house.To prevent it happening again, buy fridge thermometer and set the fridge thermostat at 4-5 deg C. Problem caused by overworking cooling element.
