Our fridge freezer has suddenly developed a very loud noise in the freezer compartment. Can it be fixed? It is just over 2 years old.

I have the same model, again after about two years, it developed a rattling noise which I believe was the compressor. The noise disappeared then we discovered that frozen food wasn't frozen, or only partially frozen. I believe it is something to do with the frost free compressor as it is now frosting up. Going to replace it very soon. Luckily I have another fridge freezer in the garage.
