dont know about a mondeo but for my car (vectra) just put key in /turn igg on but dont kick over/leave on for 2 sec,s and off again/then press both buttons on remote/doors shud lock and then unlock/ job done/ make sure you sit in car with doors closed.
im no expert i just drive a vectra
