hi bob..rs 21 repair kit req classic fault ,if samsung dont repair it you can get a kit
www.atsscotland.co.uk, you can claim back cost of kit from samsung. we done it as samsung dont have any cover in our area..remote north scotland..
also samsung only cover fridge problem under warranty

it is quiet when you open the door because that turns the fan off. You have a well known design problem which needs to be fixed by Samsung. They have increased their warranty to 5 years following a BBC Watchdog programme.
