My internet exployer wasn't working right, so I removed it and downloaded the newer version well it won't work. Now what?

Why not just do a System Restore to when it was working and before you Uninstalled it. If you've maybe Installed IE8 RC1 then took that off and tried to Re-Install IE7 then i'm afraid you can't go back you can only install the latest IE8 RC1.

As i said, try restoring first to a date it worked,

It depends on what is going wrong and you don't say ("wasn't working right" could mean anything) so it is difficult to give you an answer. Try a NEW question with more information about the problem.
