What could be possible fault with electric oven, when you operate the control switch all is ok, when temperature control switch is turned on the mcb on db trips immediately.

Fault in the heater element?

Eliminate by isolating the supply (Take out db fuse or open breaker)

Remove element and ensure all wires are secured away from metalwork and people

Turn on oven and turn up temperature control switch.

If the mcb doesn't trip it was probably the element.
