No water...displays low pressure?

hi, i have recently brought a new heater for my triton opal shower, the shower worked fine for 2wks approx now it displays low water pressure & i have no water??? have tried turning the temperature to cold & still nothing!

Hi, it could be the solenoid valve coil is not working and the valve is not turning the water on within your shower.
