I've just had a new kitchen fitted and when they reconnected the washing machine (indesit 103), the clean washes came out freezing cold. When the guys took another look at it they said there was only one water feed into it, so they had connected to the cold, expecting water to get heated inside, but the instruction manual suggests there should be 2 water feeds. Maybe it is just a generic instruction manual - from the indesit help site there seem to be 2 models - one that is cold fill, one that is hot and cold fill, but the manual for the cold fill also talks about hot and cold connections. I'm confused! Is it likely that my thermostat has just broken? Has anyone come across this before?
