speedo and rev counter keep going on and off when off only have lights indicators

there is a known issue with the instrument panel on that range of vehicle tho the year is a bit too high,they may offer an instrument panel software update at your local dealer but if not a simple conformity check of the relevant feeds and earths at the panel multiplug would confirm if this is what is at fault
