Hi folks as above front door mag showing tamper how do I reset it, regards

First you need to sort out the tamper in the contact itself. there are two one small red switch on the back of board and one on front usually its the first mentioned that causes the problem as it has to sit perfectly in casing pretty sure this is the problem and the only way to solve it
