combi boiler pump?

the pump on my boiler has a big screw at the front and is dripping water any ideas to resolve this

its just a bleed point. if it wont just tighten with a screwdriver take it all way out and put some ptfe tape on the threads and tighten back in. p.s have a t towel ready
