HOW COSTLY IS A ABS RELACEMENT BOX?

when i press the foot pedal on my 2001 vectra diesel estate, it feels crunchy like the abs is working, and it seems to have stuck like it. is it a costly exercise to fix it ? THE BRAKES CERTAINLY DONT PULL UP TRUE SINCE IT STARTED.
