assuming we are talking about the nuts that hold the wheel.
you need to get the broken stud cherry red to break the rust that is holding it in.If no joy drill a small hole right through the stud now slowly increase the size of the hole till we are nearly the size of the stud at this point what remains of the stud should be very weak and knock out.
