Thge nwater is cloudy because it has been heated up via the boiler. If you put the hot water into a glass you will notice that after a while (30 seconds or so) the water starts to go clear. This is because the water contains hundreds of thousands of bubbles. If you have the tap on full for a few seconds you will notice that the water is clear, and not so hot. This is normal and not a problem.
