how do i free a seized handbrake for my Peugeot 206 2001?

I cannot seem to get the rear drum off do i require bearing pullers or is their an easier way?

This is a fairly common problem. Have known folk have to cut the drum off with a angle grinder. I've never had to resort to that myself luckily, I've always got away with using a large 3 legged puller and a mallet to keep tapping the drum as I wind the puller in.

remove the drum, check for seized cables, repace as nessesary. poss brake shoe seperation
