I have had the same problem. Checked the usual but have not been able to locate the drainage holes in bulkhead. Any ideas were they are and if they can be cleared without taking the wipers and windscreen moulding off???

could be:-
a: car has been valeted and is wet.
b: heater matrix leaking (is your car heater working ok)
c: spilt water?

check that under the bulk head, below the windscreen, the drainage port isnt bocked with muck and leaves, run a piece of wire down the port to clear any debris
