I need to replace the horn on my 1996 Oldsmobile CUtlass Supreme, Where can I find it on the vehicle?

The horn on the driver's side is under the battery, which in turn is under the washer fluid bottle. I can't find the horn on the passenger side.

The horns are on drivers and passenger side and sometime can be a pain to get to ......if you look in inner fender by battery you`ll see one and the other is in the same spot on passengers side ......proably will need to take battery out on one side to gain access and washer jug on passenger side .........make sure it isn`t the horn pad or relay if both horns are inop or even just a blown fuse
