I woke up this morning to put the heating on, only to find there was no piolite light, tried to use the panel to fix this but the panel does not work either. It is stuck on off and will not change even if i press the overide buttons.

I have tried following the instructions to relight but this has not worked.
Please help a stressed mum of two small children

At the side of the clock there should be a power on-off switch with a fusebox.Turn that off and then back on and see if it kicks back into action.Sounds like the clock has a fault.
