Full closure does not work on alarm anymore?

I have a Peugeot 307 2.0hdi Dturbo 04.

It has a factory fitted Alarm, not sure what one it is.

One of the features of this alarm is that it has full closure of windows when I lock the doors with the button on the key.

My battery died, so I have replaced it with a brand new one, and everything is fine, alarm is working ok and all electrics, but the full closure on the alarm is not working.

I found this out when I got out the car pressed the full closure button and went into the shop, I then heard my alarm going off, and when I went outside the windows were still open and the wind set the alarm off, due to the windows being opened.

Not sure if alarm has a reset button or something to switch back on, that maybe went off when I changed the battery?

Can anyone help???
