How can I fix the rear screen washers?

I have a Ford Mondeo Verona 1800, X-reg, petrol. When I push the rear screen washer button everything inside the car gets wet. I think the tubing has dis-connected during the freezing weather but I can't figure out how to get to the tubing in the hatchback, can anyone help please?
