The freezer works perfectly at -22 but the fridge will not cool down. When we turn the power off and when turned back on it makes a loud whining noise.
We have taken back cover off inside of freezer and got rid of the ice that was there. switched back on and now it is working, but we have to keep doing this every two weeks. What can we do to repair this properly.
