how can i fix my eletric window on a realut scenic o4?

heard a bang and the window went down and its not going back up i can hear it working but nothing happening i can lift it up with my hands but just gos back down can anyone help please

the electric motor / wire has snapped have to change the whole motor. dealer only part about £180 quite easy to fit
