i have recently moved into a house with an accenta alarm which keeps going off and the 2 lights on the outside box are flashing how can i fix this or re program since i have no instructions and dont know the model of alarm either? My house is 9 years old if that helps

Go to Honeywell's web site (www.ade.co.uk) from where you may down-load the relevant instruction manual. The model/type of the alarm system should be found on the alarm's control panel.
