What is wrong with my ADP 4403 Whirlpool dishwasher?

My dishwasher (whirlpool ADP 4403) has been working fine for around 3 years and recently it seems to stick mid-cycle. I use the same cycle which is the eco-normal 50 degree one, it starts fine and makes the usual sounds. In the past it takes around 2 hours to complete a cycle but now it stops after around 50 mins and the small green light near to the start button flashes continuously. When I press the start button the dishwasher makes a sound similar to that when it is drying for about 2 mins and then it appears to have finished. When I open the dishwasher things are not fully clean and there are white streaks inside the machine. Also, things do not seem fully dry. I have tried filling up the salt, rinse aid, cleaning the filters and running it through with dishwasher cleaner but nothing has improved it. I would like to know whether this problem can be fixed, or if I need to think about getting a new machine. Thanks.

I have a whirlpool ADP 4601 dishwasher which recently had a leak. The part has been replaced and repaired, however I now have double flashing fault light all time.

It will not take on water or anything else.

Could you please give me some advice as to reset this fault light???

Many thanks in advance for you help in this matter

If the green start light is flashing intermitently it means the dishwasher is in salt mode. As mentioned previously, with the dishwasher on press and hold the start button for about ten seconds then let go to go back into normal operation. Continuously flashing light indicates a fault

My dishwasher has stopped working. The green light flashes three times, stops then flashes again three times, continously. The dishwasher will not work at all now. I have cleaned the filter, but it still won't work.

For anyone else looking into this, I had a similar problem with my Whirlpool ADP 4403. It simply stopped working after the initial fill-up cycle, didn't release the dishwasher tablet and the green light flashed continuously (in fact, it was flashing in a cycle of 8, pause, 8, pause...)

To fix it, I simply closed the dishwasher door and, with the On/Off button switched on, held the Start button down for many seconds.

The dishwasher then gurgled into life and completed the cycle and everything is now fine.

The green light flashing continuously indicates a fault on the NTC, which may be just stuck with residue from the wash water. If you take out the filter at the bottom you should see a black circle (with a grid front)
on the right hand side. If this looks clogged that will be your fault, if not it may have to be replaced.
