I am a DIY person , half way through installing a new Accenta system, I have enoticed that Accenta LED or LEC key-pads are readily available, and may be found by searching via Google etc. or E-bay. If you do not have an instructions and engineers manual these may be downloaded from Honeywell's web site (www.ade.co.uk). A possible way round one of the key pad number not working would be to follow the engineers manual and change to user and engineers codes to anew ones that do not require th enumber(s) that have failed. This is a simple process.
