I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM. IV'E JUST LEARNT ON ANOTHER SITE -- WWW.FIXYA.COM -- THAT IT MAY BE BECAUSE THE WATER IS OVERHEATING AND SO SHUTS OFF.- HAVE A LOOK AT THE SITE AND SEE IF THE THERMAL SWITCH RESET BUTTON IT REFERS TO AS A POSSIBLE SOLUTION WORKS FOR YOU. I'M ABOUT TO GIVE IT AGO WHEN HUBBY GETS IN !
