The water is only coming through into the pre-wash part of the drawer and by-passes the fabric conditioner and main wash compartments . I have had the drawer out and cleaned it but the problem seems to stem from parts I cannot reach above the drawer compartment . Is there any kind of special solution on the market that could maybe steam it clean if left overnight ? I don't really want to have to take it apart .

jacki take lid off look for arm running from the timer ot the soap draw as you turn timer knob arm will move to diffrent compartments. or you may have a dead valve.
