I HAVE A LEISURE WORKS FOLDING MOTORIZED TREADMILL MODEL 539 ?

IT TURNS ON AND SHOWS DIGITAL DISPLAY BUT WILL NOT START THE TREADMILL RUNNING AND I CAN NOT CHANGE MODE OR MAKE ANY ADJUSTMENTS TO DIGITAL DISPLAY. I'VE TURNED IT OFF AND ON SEVERAL TIMES TRYING TO RESET BUT CANT GET IT TO WORK - ANY HELP? WHERE CAN I DOWNLOAD A NEW OWNERS MANUAL ?
